By accessing and using rsvps.gr ("the Service"), operated by agile turtles, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

rsvps.gr is a service operated by agile turtles that provides a platform for creating wedding pages and managing guest RSVPs. The service includes website hosting, email notifications, and guest management features.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, text, etc.). By using our service, you grant us a license to host and display this content as part of providing the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use any content you upload.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purposes
• Upload malicious content or spam
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with other users' use of the service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or updates. We will try to provide notice for planned maintenance when possible.

7. Pricing and Payment

The service is currently offered free of charge during our beta period (until January 2026). We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future, with appropriate notice to users.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us (if any).

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
